Lead time and processing time may vary depending on the items you order. We do our best to quote reasonable lead times and to respect them.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Oak & Cove, each order is custom designed with care and intention, exclusively for our corporate clients. As all of our products are individually curated, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If any product in your order arrives damaged from shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packing. This allows us to promptly inspect the issue and initiate a claim with the freight carrier on your behalf. Please note we cannot accommodate refund or replacement requests submitted after the 24 hour window.
Order cancellation
An order may not be cancelled once the deposit has been paid.
