The women who believe in intentional gift giving. Both Jennifer and Lauren love the feelings evoked by picking out and packaging a beautiful gift for someone they love. They saw a need in the gift boxing market for an elevated gifting experience for both the gifter and the giftee.

With a background in both photography and real estate, Jennifer has a sense for thoughtful investments-both in business and in life. Jennifer’s journey to Oak and Cove has been anything but linear. At the centre of it all has been a deep appreciation for meaningful moments and the lasting impression a well-crafted gesture can leave. Rooted in visual storytelling and attention to detail, has been woven into every gift curated at Oak & Cove.
As a mother of two teenage boys and being part of a large close knit family. Jennifer has seen first hand how the smallest acts of thoughtfulness can create the biggest impact. Jennifer learned early on that a well-chosen gift holds power to speak when words fall short.
Blending her creative roots with a sharp business sensibility, Oak & Cove was born with Jennifer’s business partner Lauren out of a desire to elevate corporate gifting.
Jennifer along with her husband and boys, loves traveling to beautiful parts of the world. Traveling has always Inspired her. Not just through landscapes, but through the richness of a new culture, the quiet beauty and inspiration found in unfamiliar places.

Lauren has always treasured gifts that were thoughtfully given and beautifully presented.
As Lauren’s career unfolded, she worked for some of the most sought after luxury companies in Jewelry. She became part of her clients gifting journey, assisting them with a meaningful gifts. As these clients came back to her, she realized the act of gifting was so much more than just a transaction. When executed properly, it created heartfelt meaning. This journey became so important to Lauren in her career and personal life. Gifting with intention for those around Lauren, brought her joy and ignited her creativity.
Traveling to many countries with her husband, Lauren was inspired by artisans and designers around the world. Her appeal to minimalist aesthetic, warm textures, and thoughtful details was something she wanted to incorporate in her own bespoke gifting company. Carefully choosing pieces that would be mixed matched together was also important to Lauren.
In Lauren’s spare time, she spends time with her family at their cottage in Muskoka, ON. A special place for its stunning beauty, and peacefulness.
