DISCOVERY
Our process begins with our discovery form, designed to give us insight into your company, your brand and your clients.
Once submitted we’ll send you our lookbook, a preview of our collections, products and design direction. It’s a first glimpse into what your custom gift could look like. The feeling it’s meant to evoke.
02.
Personal Consultation
Personal consultation. Whether it’s in your office boardroom or a quiet corner in a local cafe. We love to meet in person to keep the very personal experience of gifting from start to finish. Hands on preview of the look, feel, sample of a curated gift box. Choose from our lookbook of products to create the perfect box for your clients/event. Discuss possible branding options if needed. We understand if this isn’t an option. We are also happy to correspond via email, phone or zoom.

design & Finalize
Product selection
Following our initial meeting, we thoughtfully refine the design and finalize every detail – from product selection and timelines to investment and delivery – ensuring alignment before we bring your vision to life. From there we will prepare a proposal for you to review, approve and sign.

Hand assembly
Hand assembly. Every box is assembled by hand with intention and precision. Never rushed, never mass produced.
05.
Delivery
Delivery. We coordinate delivery to your event space, your office, directly to your clients.
